If I had a dollar for every time someone asked me why I don't open a restaurant, I'd be pretty rich.  It took me some time however, to learn the answer to this question for myself.  Party after party, after dinner, after special event, I realized that my passion is creating the experience with not just the food, but the people as well!   Over time I have created many memorable experiences on the path to  perfecting a number of specialty food and beverage items.  While #1 passion is in creating just the right flavor combinations in my chellos, I also dabble in other traditional Italian foods.
